I’m the owner and lead therapist at Cobblestone Collective, where we believe healing happens in a safe, welcoming space—shoes off, real talk, and all. With over 12 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in supporting women, children working through trauma or everyday issues. I also use EMDR as an effective, evidence-based tool to help you move forward.
I’m proud to share this journey with Nessie, our therapy dog in training, who adds extra comfort and joy to our space.
I’m not accepting new clients at this time.

I’m a marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults — whether individual, as couples, or in family settings—helping them navigate life’s challenges with clarity and compassion. My approach is person-centered, humanistic with some existential leanings, meaning our work together is guided by your unique needs, values, and goals. Clients often describe me as warm, professional and direct, and I believe therapy works best when we can be honest and real with one another.

Hi! I’m Nessie—a 1-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and therapy dog in training at Cobblestone Collective. I’m here to bring cuddles, comfort, and lots of tail wags to your sessions. I love belly rubs, ear scratches, and making new friends (especially if you have treats!). I might curl up nearby, greet you at the door, or sneak in a gentle nudge when you need it most. I’m still learning the ropes, but I’ve already mastered being sweet, snuggly, and snack-motivated. Can’t wait to meet you!
